IARC Charitable Trust ("The Trust") is a New Plymouth, New Zealand based church community which operates with the intention of transforming and developing its members and members' wider families, reaching out into the wider community in order to be a resource to the community and families, and a place of development, growth and patterns for individuals, families, and other organisations.

IARC is affiliated with Congress WBN. Congress WBN is a unique, global, faith-based organisation. Congress WBN is focused on effecting human, social, and national transformation through the propagation of clearly defined moral, ethical, and valuesbased principles, patterns and approaches. Congress WBN is composed of eight sectors of strategic, global initiatives involving networks of professional groups, education institutions, businesses, churches, individual national leaders, university students, and global technology initiatives.
