The Hurunui Community Development Trust's (HCDT) main purpose is to create housing opportunities for families who will contribute to the local schools, work environment and community within the Hurunui District.
HCDT are meeting a need within the Hurunui District that will benefit community and families struggling to get onto the property ladder through an equity shared housing model.
This not for profit model will embrace community engagement and ownership.
