To hold and manage the finances, property and operations of the St Barnabas Home to the highest professional standard and to provide quality care and support for the elderly within the Diocese of Dunedin in comfortable and friendly accommodation. Also to maintain their dignity and independence, and to supply their physical, spiritual and emotional needs. To carry out any other charitable object which may seem to be capable of being conveniently carried on to advance the objects of the Trust, including the provision of a Meals on Wheels service to aged individuals outside of the Home of St Barnabas.
