To provide and maximise access to an Education which empowers individuals to be free. Educational considerations, so understood, will be introduced into family and community environments, primarily through the agency of parents and would-be parents. Educational concerns are interpreted as encompassing behaviour before conception through prenatal, ante-natel, birth and beyond. Hence there is need for pre-parenting, parenting, family orientated and community-based practices to be informed by quintessentially Educational concerns.
