Object No. 1.of The Society : To supply additional equipment and amenities to achieve the goals and objectives for the delivery of health services to the people enrolled with Hokianga Health Enterprise Trust. Hokianga Hospital Auxiliary was formed on 25th September 1967 on 13th March 1970 became an Incorporated Society. We are an independent body; a group of volunteers, with a membership of 23, all the members are enrolled with Hokianga Health Enterprise Trust (HHET) HHET is not funded for capital, plant or equipment all funding for these items must come from the community i.e. Auxiliary and other community organisations What do we do? Auxiliary raise money to purchase essential items of equipment and additional comforts for clients which are not funded by Vote Health.
