Highbrook Park Trust

The objectives for which the Trust is established are: - To acquire the land and progressively establish a Park on the Waiouru Peninsula. - To establish, maintain, enhance and make available the amenity of the Park to improve the conditions of life for the residents of Auckland City and the public at large. - To ensure the effective, efficient and safe use of the Park. - To protect environmentally sensitive and geologically important areas within the Park. - To ensure the uses and activities within the Park are compatible with the adjoining communities. - To maintain references within the Park to the historic uses of the land.
