Hei Hei Broomfield Community Development Trust

The purpose of the Trust will be to relieve the charitable needs, and promote the health and social cohesion of Hei Hei Broomfield individuals, families and the community through: 3.1 Acting to break down social isolation within Hei Hei Broomfield; 3.2 Facilitating appropriate community responses to the needs of older people, families and people with mental health issues, and men’s health. 3.3 Promoting community development practises and processes within the Hei Hei Broomfield community 3.4 Contributing towards the coordination of service agencies within the community and increased awareness of needs in Hei Hei Broomfield; and 3.5 Addressing issues of injustice or inequity and, 3.6 Other support and assistance consistent with the charitable purposes above.
