(1) to protect and preserve endangered dolphins of the species Cephalorhynchus hectori and any of its subspecies; (2) to promote actions that support preservation of Cephalorhynchus hectori and any of its subspecies; (3) to provide community education and training relating to the biology and conservation of Cephalorhynchus hectori and any of its subspecies; and (4) to establish and maintain a public fund to be called The Hectors Protectors Trust for the specific purpose of supporting the objects of Hectors Protectors. The fund is established to receive all gifts of money or property for this purpose and any money received because of such gifts must be credited to its bank account. The fund must not receive any other money or property into its account and it must comply with the relevant Income Tax laws. All income, benefit, r advantage must be used to advance the objects of Hectors Protectors.
