The Charitable Trust was set up to pay an income in Perpetuity to the Upper Hutt Feline Charitable Trust (once the Upper Hutt Animal Rescue Society Incorporated) for the purposes as outlined in the Will. That Trust has ceased operations and under the terms of the Will, and a decision sheet signed on 29 June 2026, we will now pay income to the Helping You Help Animals (HUHA) Trust.
