To hold a not for profit market that is inclusive of Kai (food) whakangāhau (entertainment), Mahi Toi (Arts and Crafts) me ngā whānau kātoa (family inclusive).

To hold not for profit events that reflect the values of the Trust: Connection: He Wāhi Pai:.Ngā Whanonga Pono-He (Wāhi) Haumaru (A safe space), Service and Relationships.

The activities of the Trust will be limited to Aotearoa/New Zealand.
