Hawarden Waikari Community Vehicle Trust Board

To provide and operate a transport service for the community in the Hawarden-Waikari district, in particular transport for the disadvantaged, those without private cars and for healthy, recreation and education of the very young and elderly, and transport for projects which help the elderly remain in the community and further provide transport for the disabled persons as agreed with the primary provider of such services in the area.
