Assisting dog owners with desexing To provide financial support for the rescue and treatment of neglected or abandoned dogs, funds for training and administering care of canines, educate members of the public in the humane treatment, care & protection of canines, particularly in terms or preventing unwanted pregnancy through desexing, assist in providing foster homes and appropriate new homes for abandoned or canines.
