2.1. To establish in the area presently comprised in the Selwyn District, residential accommodation for the elderly and/or at the Board's discretion, other persons. 2.2. The acquiring of property and the provision of buildings, services, and equipment to establish housing or one or more hospitals in which elderly persons and/or at the Board's discretion, other persons may reside. 2.3. All such charitable matters as may be incidental to or connected with, in the opinion of the Board, any or all of the foregoing purposes.
