To reduce poverty and improve the wellbeing and education of young people in the South Pacific and New Zealand through, health initiatives and the fostering of sporting activity; and any other objectives within the South Pacific and New Zealand (whether relating to the relief of poverty, the advancement of education, or any other benefit to the community) that are charitable under applicable New Zealand law.
