The purpose of the Trust will be to:

To connect Māori to services and support to foster their career development, entrepreneurship and working lives

To support and capacity build employers to provide working environments where Māori can thrive.

Taking a holistic, “whatever it takes” approach in all aspects of the life of a Māori employees, their whānau, and the complex eco-system that supports their well-being.
