To benefit the community by celebrating the lives of Gil and Pat Hanly, and in doing so:

(i) establishing and maintaining a house museum at 7 Walters Road, Mt Eden, Auckland;

(ii) commemorating and promoting the values of social justice, equity, and inclusion

(iii) protecting and maintaining the garden for the enjoyment of the community

To establish, maintain and operate a studio and residency

To support awareness of Huntington's disease
