(i) To provide governance for the Hamilton Fringe Festival and subsequent arts projects managed by the Trust. (ii) To provide innovative and accessible events to the public that expose the community to new and diverse art experiences.

(iii) To provide support and guidance for new artists

(iv) To provide presentation and development opportunities for emerging contemporary artists.

(v) To work co-operatively with other local, national and international artists, arts events and organisations. (vi) To ensure that all staff, including volunteers, are managed appropriately, and that all statutory requirements are met and reporting to stakeholders is fulfilled. (vii) To ensure that the Trust’s operations are always charitable, and that all assets, capacity and income are managed to provide on-going service for the local and regional arts community.
