The purposes and aims of the trust are to devote or apply both capital and income of the Trust Fund to or for any charitable purposes in NZ which are from time to time selected by the Trustees and are valid charitable purposes. Without limiting this in any way, such purposes may also include; `to uphold, maintain and propagate the Christian faith within NZ; to hold the Trust Fund for the benefit, use or advantage of such churches in the greater Auckland area as are selected by the Trustees for the purposes, objects or work of evangelism whether present or future within NZ`.
