To provide social rehabilitation, relief and redemption of prisoners by providing programmes beneficial to the community to aid in minimising the number of youth and young adults involved in crime and the justice system in order to reduce recidivism rates in Hawke's Bay. The Trust aims to do this by providing members with a programme that promotes discipline, a good work ethic, resilience, determination and leading by example and use these qualities to help members complete education and help members gain employment. To provide recreational facilities in the interests of social welfare, recreational or leisure purposes to improve the condition of life for youth and young adults on the pathway to the justice system and those persons that are actively offending in the Hawke's Bay.
