Goodwood School Parent Teacher Association

- To provide an effective communication link between parents / caregivers and the school. - To support the school in providing for students' educational, social, cultural and sporting activities, including assitance to the school in activities where parent involvement is required. - To assist the school with fundraising to improve facilities and opportunities. - To enable parents / caregivers, teachers and community the opportunity to formally discuss areas of interest. - To support the school Board of Trustees in development, communication and action of policies, strategies and other activities. - To support parents to be parents through information sharing which advances the education of their children. - To arrange activities and special events that enhance the school's sense of community, including the encouragement of new families to integrate into the school culture.
