The Trust was established to pay & apply the assets of the Trust & the income arising from those assets for the following religious and educational charitable purposes in NZ: Establishing & maintaining the College; Such other purposes that may be incidental or conducive to establishing & maintaining the College; Such other religious & educational charitable purposes in NZ of the Catholic Church as the Board in its absolute discretion determines.
