To further and assist the spread of the Gospel of God and instruction in the Christian religion by any means and in any manner as may be approved by the trustees.

To make donations to any religious group for the purpose of the advancement of religion and to make donations to any individual for the purpose of assisting religious and charitable work engaged by the trustees.

To make gifts for the advancement, education, the relief of poverty, want and suffering, and related charitable purposes of benefit to the benefit to the community to the extent that the same is allowed and recognised as charitable by the laws of New Zealand.
