The centre is committed to building a sense of family strength and community connectedness by providing a centre that is of high standard and well maintained; staff and volunteers are trained to deliver quality services and events. It will also ensure to the smooth and continuous day to day running of the office and centre facilities. The centre is usually the first point of contact for residents so having that face to face is very valuable. Volunteers will feel valued, staff are trained and community is confident the centre is well resourced to meet its needs.
