Girls Rock Aotearoa is established and maintained exclusively for charitable purposes (including any purposes ancillary to those charitable purposes), namely to advance education by developing and providing programmes centred around engagement and agency within musical communities that provide educational, cultural, recreational and social activities in a supervised, caring, positive environment particularly directed towards children and youth.
