To use of apply the income for or towards such charitable purposes of the Diocese of Dunedin (Anglican) as the trustee may from time to time agree, for as long as there is a capability either to purchase, restore, rebuild, upgrade or add pipes to pipe organs in the Anglican Diocese of Dunedin (including if necessary or desirable the structural alteration of the buildings to accommodate enhanced pipe organs).
