To raise funds for, and administer those funds, for young people living within Hawke’s Bay (as delineated by the boundaries of Hawkes Bay Regional Council and Tararua District Council) to promote and support their education and achievement where social disadvantage or financial hardship may otherwise prevent them from taking up opportunities for advancement and for other charitable purposes as defined in the Charitable Trust Act 1957
