Fowler Homes Foundation Limited

(a) to acquire land and build new homes to be sold on the open market with all net proceeds being donated to registered New Zealand Charities as may be selected by the Board from time to time; and (b) to conduct its activities and apply all profits for the benefit registered New Zealand Charities as selected by the Board from time to time; and (c) the objects and purpose for which this Company is established and the activities which this Company may carry out are limited to Charitable Purposes.
