The Society is established and maintained exclusively for charitable purposes (including any purposes ancillary to those charitable purposes), namely: To benefit the community by promoting and encouraging public health and wellbeing through participation in association football throughout New Zealand. To undertake projects and organise and promote events in support of the above purpose.
