Estate of Ruth Petty

The Charitable Trust was set up to pay an income in perpetuity for charitable purposes and organisations in New Zealand. Without imposing any Trust, the Testatrix requests that special consideration be given to the following organisations in the Hawkes Bay area: - The Royal NZ Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RNZSPCA), for the care of stray animals; - Blind Low Vision, for the purpose of training guide dogs; and - The Cancer Society of New Zealand Incorporated, for its general charitable purposes.
