The EEO Trust is a not-for-profit organisation tasked with providing Equal Employment Opportunities information and tools to employers, raising awareness of issues related to diversity, equity and inclusion in organisations. Our purpose is to empower transformation in workplaces across Aotearoa New Zealand. We assist employers in introducing and managing proven EEO thinking and practices; encourage diversity by promoting the recruitment and development of people that reflect the diversity in our population, and support organisations with culture transformation to realise the economic and social benefits of an inclusive workplace. Based in Auckland, the EEO Trust works with employers, individually and collectively, in providing the latest resources, ideas and information to support workplaces to achieve success through effectively managing diversity.
