Such organisations may be facing temporary limitations e.g. having insufficient resources (like for instance paid staff to do their organisation’s bookkeeping requirements) in order for the said organisations to properly address their needs in their day-to-day as well as medium-term operations while staying focused to become successful as an organisation over the long term.
