To carry out activities to promote and advance participation in making career decisions, careers training and tertiary education in Hawkes Bay (including the provision of scholarships to residents of Hawke’s Bay to attend careers training or tertiary training at any training institution in New Zealand approved by the trustees).

To support all proper and lawful initiatives by others which promote and advance participation in careers training and tertiary education by residents of Hawke’s Bay. To cooperate with any other incorporated society or organisation having similar objectives.
