Bring together stakeholders, with a direct interest in tracks within Dunedin City, to formulate a shared vision for a world class network of publicly accessible pedestrian, cycle and multi-use tracks with consideration given to: (a) recreational asset values for diverse users (b) connecting communities (c) enabling adventure (d) incorporating new tracks along with linkages and extensions to existing tracks. (e) the ongoing fundraising, maintenance and promotional needs of the Tracks Network
