Dunedin Jazz, Cabaret and Performing Arts Charitable TrustRegistered

The charitable objects for which the Trust is established are: a. The Trust will provide governance for the Dunedin Jazz and Cabaret Festival and subsequent similar events and activities managed by the Trust. b. To curate, produce and present a festival that is conceptually creative and with artistic integrity and, in particular, use the Festival to develop and enhance a public awareness and appreciation of jazz and attendant culture. c. To support the development and opportunities for jazz music, cabaret and the performing arts including, for example, original comedy, theatre arts, dance and independent contemporary music. d. To provide affordable, accessible and lively events to the public and expose the community to a range of art experiences.
