The Society is established and maintained exclusively for charitable purposes (including any purposes ancillary to those charitable purposes), namely: a) benefitting the community by participating in environmental projects designed to preserve and protect flora and fauna, b) preserve and protect wetland areas, c) improve the environment by stormwater cleansing, d) education of the public and school children in the importance of wetlands and environmental protection
