About Dance for Life Association
The Association exists exclusively for charitable purposes in New Zealand. Its purposes are to: 1. Advance education through the arts by providing training, workshops, and performance opportunities for people of all ages, particularly those with limited access to artistic education; 2. Promote and support artistic expression and creativity within the community, including but not limited to dance, music, visual arts, and theatre; 3. Support mental health and well-being through participation in creative arts programs, particularly among youth, seniors, and disadvantaged groups; 4. Preserve and celebrate cultural heritage through the teaching and performance of traditional and contemporary art forms; 5. Relieve poverty and social isolation by engaging marginalised individuals in inclusive community arts initiatives; 6. Collaborate with other charitable and community organisations to further these purposes. All activities will be carried out in a manner consistent with charitable purposes
