Council of Wellington Churches

The Council of Wellington Churches provides: (a) a framework enabling its members to work together, and to affirm and encourage each other in their witness to a common Christian faith. (b) a forum where matters of common concern can be discussed and acted upon. (c) a “clearing house” for the dissemination of information about the activities of the Christian community in its broad diversity of witness. (d) formal linkages between its constituency and the City of Wellington, Members of Parliament and the Government.
