To oversee the construction and operation of a long pier, marina and narrow guage railway in Coromandel town with the express purpose of using any profit from the piers operation to create and carry out educational, environmental and social initiatives that benefit the local community and visitors to the pier with a focus on improving the harbour environs and interaction with the marine environment.
