Cornwall Cricket Development Foundation

As specified in the registered  Trust Deed, being to promote, foster and advance the physical well being, health, physical fitness, education, training, development, skill and expertise of persons involved in cricket or other organised physical activities in any part of the Auckland region, or otherwise in New Zealand at all ages and all levels of participation.

Establish, maintain, manage or develop educational, training and development facilities to be available upon such terms and conditions as the Trustees from time to time may determine, to participants in cricket or other organised physical activities, in any part of the Auckland region or otherwise in New Zealand at all ages and all levels of participation.

Promote, foster and advance such other charitable purposes as the Trustees may decide.
