CART is a not-for-profit organisation working with, but is not limited to, communities that are often termed 'hard to reach'. Our mission is to deliver fresh hope and real change where most needed. Our core constituency is the long-term unemployed, prisoners and former prisoners, the mentally ill, alienated, disaffected, ostracized, impoverished, homeless and disenfranchised.

Our community scope cover young people right through to the elderly.

Health and social service contracts allow CART to research, advocate, educate and support to enhance the communities they work with and represent, so that they continue to live positive and meaningful independent lives.
