Conductive Education Council of New Zealand Incorporated

The purposes of CECNZ are: -To advance the education and health of individuals with motor disorders by ensuring that the highest professional and ethical standards are attained in the practice of Conductive Education. -To advance the aims of Conductive Education. -To promote and facilitate continuing education. -To promote undergraduate and postgraduate academic programmes in Conductive Education. -To facilitate and promote research into Conductive Education. -To represent Conductors in public affairs and to make statements and representations on behalf of the profession. -To promote and protect the interest of Members of the Council. -To promote strategies that will enable CECNZ to meet its responsibilities to the Treaty of Waitangi. -To take into consideration the needs of New Zealand's culturally diverse society. -To advance the professional recognition of Conductors, and the interest in Conductive Education by other educational health professionals.
