Community Fruit Harvesting

The purpose of Community Fruit Harvesting is to facilitate the sharing of excess fruit and preserves, with those in needs and to encourage people to volunteer to do this. In particular the Trust will: 1) encourage fruit tree owners and others who package/distribute or sell fruit to share their fruit 2) encourage volunteers to pick/collect, preserve and distribute the fruit 3) provide fruit and preserve to those in need, via food banks, schools, refuges, community facilities and charities 4) provide any support and assistance consistent with this charitable purpose.
