4) PURPOSE - “helping people with communications technology.” a) By providing education and or programmes around changes in technology. b) By disseminating knowledge and understanding to users around safe use of technology. c) By securing and or facilitating networks of community organisations using communications technology. d) By supporting community organisations who assist the social wellbeing of parents, caregivers and children who are disadvantaged, physically isolated, financially impaired
