To foster talent in Musical Theatre to the highest quality through; the production and support of high quality musical productions; training and educational services, and social interaction. Create an inclusive and safe environment that fosters supports and encourages CMTI members to explore their form of creative expression Providing education and entertainment for the members of CMTI and the public by the production of musical and dramatic entertainment Raising funds for community projects in the Kapiti area through productions and other means Developing key relationships within CMTI diverse community to actively encourage more people from all walks of life into the performing arts Supporting other local societies to fulfil their objectives through means such as (but not limited to) equipment hire, shared resources, event advocacy, knowledge sharing and engagement as and when appropriate.
