The giving of Grants to assist Nurses from anywhere in the Taranaki region meet their cost of training and should this object be regarded as too narrow then such Trust shall be for assisting in the training and education of Nurses from the Taranaki region and where necessary to include the cost of accommodation. It being further intended that a minimum of two Nurses be assisted each year and where possible one should be from South Taranaki and the other from North Taranaki
