a) To establish, conduct and maintain private schools in New Zealand to educate children and adults in all subjects normally taught in public and/or private schools in New Zealand. Also, in particular, subjects from Year 0 to Year 13 level, but so that all such education shall be also moral and spiritual and in agreement with the basic principles and creeds herein set forth. b) To foster, establish, grant, regulate and administer scholarships and other awards for pupils of the school(s) of the Association as well as to establish, grant, regulate and administer scholarships for those who, not being already pupils, desire and are qualified so to be.
