To organise, promote and evaluate all forms of Christian social services within the Diocese of Christchurch; to reduce poverty, to enable enhanced social equity and wellbeing within the community, to work towards a just society, by working in preventative ways and in response to crisis and to advocate for those who need support regardless of gender, ethnicity or belief.
