About Centre for Commercial & Corporate Law Incorporated
The purposes of the Centre is broadly to act as a forum or vehicle for the exchange of information, research, views, and expertise relating to corporate and commercial law. As such, the Centre also aims to bridge the gap between academic lawyers, practitioners in law and those working in industry. The Centre aims to achieve its objectives in three ways. First, through seminars and presentations. Second, by supporting student scholarship in the Law School. Third, through the publication of books and other works.
The Centre's activities are funded from the sale of books published by the Centre and investment income (ie, interest income). The primary method of raising funds is through the sale of books.
