TThe Trust's Purpose - To advance health, recreation, culture, education and welfare for all people resident in or frequenting the suburb of Castlecliff. The Trust’s Mission is to “Facilitate positive change within Castlecliff through the provision of a facility that attracts or develops supportive and structured services and programmes that assists in an upward shift in the socio-economic status and wellbeing of the Castlecliff population”. Long Term Aim - The community of Castlecliff has access to support, services and resources that are relevant to the needs within the community that contribute to positive long-term change within the people and community of Castlecliff. Long Term Outcome 1 - There is an upward shift in the socio-economic status, wellbeing and on-going positive long-term change within the people and community of Castlecliff
