The Trustee shall hold the Trust Assets upon trust to pay or apply the income and the capital of the Trust Assets in such amounts, at such times, and subject to such terms and conditions, as the Trustee may decide for all or any of the following charitable objects of the Trust (‘the objects’): 5.1.1 To promote, encourage, assist, develop and support by any means whatsoever all sport, recreation, leisure and cultural activities which is in the interests and the wellbeing of the people in the
